Tradewise (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use the Tradewise mobile application and related services (the “App”).

2. Information We Collect

• Device Identifier: We generate or retrieve a unique UUID for your device to identify you anonymously.
• Scan Data: When you upload or capture a chart image, we send it to our AI service (Fal.ai) and store:
  • A reference or URL to the image (no personal photos).
  • The analysis results: buy/sell scores, risk scores, and summary text.
• Preferences: Your onboarding choices (market type, trading strategy, leverage level, risk profile).
• Subscription Data: Purchase records from RevenueCat, including product ID, purchase and expiration dates, and status.
• Usage Logs: Basic analytics (app opens, feature usage) to improve performance and UX.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the App’s chart analysis features.
• To manage your subscription access and enable paywall gating.
• To personalize your experience (e.g. save your trading preferences).
• To communicate important notices (e.g. changes to policies or features).
• To troubleshoot, debug, and monitor app performance.

4. How We Share Your Information

• Service Providers: Supabase (data storage), Fal.ai (AI analysis), RevenueCat (subscription management). Each processes data under strict confidentiality.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
• Business Transfers: If Tradewise is merged, sold, or acquired, your data may be transferred as part of the business transaction (with notice).
