1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Sociove LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects information obtained through the Red Flag or Not mobile app and website (together, “Services”).
2. Data We Collect

3. How We Process the Data
• Text you scan is encrypted in transit and processed on secure servers hosted by Supabase (U.S./EU).
• AI analysis may call OpenAI/Fal.ai models; data is not used to train those models.
• We never sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.
4. Legal Bases (GDPR)
• Contract: We process data to perform the service you request.
• Legitimate Interest: Improve security and troubleshoot issues.
• Consent: You can revoke access to your data via the in-app “Delete My Data” button.
5. User Controls
• View or delete scans: Profile ▸ History ▸ three-dot menu.
• Delete all data: Profile ▸ Settings ▸ Delete My Data. (Action is irreversible and removes cloud backups in ≤ 24 h.)
• Opt-out of analytics: toggle Diagnostics in Settings.
6. Data Retention
• Scans: kept until you delete them or 12 months after last activity, whichever comes first.
• Subscription receipts: retained as long as required for financial compliance (max 10 years).
